My Story
Daniel Lavee is lucky to have learned bridge at the age of 8 from his grandparents one rainy day. It gave him the opportunity to represent Canada at the Junior level as a teenager and young adult. The timing was perfect as Daniel was able to learn from his soon-to-be Super Star peers (like Gavin Wolpert and Vince Demuy) who are now among the world’s best players. After winning a Bronze medal at the Junior World Championships in 2005, Daniel was fortunate enough to become a World Champion in 2010! Recently, Daniel was honoured to have represented Canada at the World Team Championships (Bermuda Bowl) in 2022 and 2023.
